Biography:
Phil grew up in Providence Utah. He received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Utah State University and a Master of Medical Science degree from the Wake Forest School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, sporting activities, and woodworking.
