Arrowhead Family Medicine - Evanston Location

In January 2020, the South Lincoln Hospital District acquired Arrowhead Family Medicine. Later in 2020 Arrowhead Family Medicine became a Medicare accredited Rural Health Clinic (RHC) and is now a hospital-provider based RHC. We are happy to welcome Arrowhead Family Medicine to the South Lincoln Medical Group and provide services to Evanston and the surrounding communities.
